Design Intern (Image Support)

Are you passionate about creating visuals that communicate clearly, no matter the language or culture? We are looking for an Image Support Intern to help us improve and scale our image support library and design processes.
As part of our product team, you’ll create and refine images used in our award-winning medical translation app. You’ll explore ways to make the process more efficient and consistent, leveraging Generative AI tools and smart workflows to reduce revisions while maintaining high quality and clarity. While this internship is unpaid, it offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic and innovative environment where your work can make a real impact.
What you’ll do
- Create and edit images that support multilingual care communication.
- Explore and test workflows for scalable image generation using GenAI and reference inputs.
- Optimize and document an efficient workflow that minimizes manual revisions.
- Collaborate closely with our designers to ensure visual consistency and accuracy.
Who you are
- You have a strong visual sense and understand how images convey meaning across cultures.
- You’re curious about design workflows, automation, and generative AI tools.
- You’re detail-oriented and able to spot what makes an illustration work.
- You enjoy solving creative challenges and improving processes.
- Experience with tools like Figma.
- Experience with GenAI platforms (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly) is a plus.
